Moderate candidates Sue Storm (Overland Park), Carolyn Campbell (Topeka), and Walt Chappell (Wichita) were elected to the Kansas Board of Education on November 4. They join present moderate board members Sally Cauble (Liberal), Jana Shaver (Independence), and Janet Waugh (Kansas City).
